Why should you form a company in the UK?

A limited company can provide a structure for ownership, investment and business growth. It also brings ongoing administration and reporting responsibilities. The right choice depends on your plans and circumstances; incorporation does not automatically reduce your tax bill or guarantee finance.

Support beyond company registration

Once your company is registered, we can discuss bookkeeping, annual accounts, tax returns and payroll. Any ongoing services will be agreed separately to suit your business.

Company Formation in the UK FAQs

How long does it take to register a company?

The time needed depends on the application method, the information supplied and any checks required by Companies House. We will explain the expected process before submission; approval times are outside our control.

What type of company can I form?

We assist with forming limited companies, LLPs, and other business structures.

Do I need a business address to register a company?

Yes. Your registered office must be an appropriate physical UK address in the country where your company is registered. It will appear on the public register. If you prefer not to use your home address, arrange a suitable address service before registration.

Will I need to register for VAT immediately?

VAT registration depends on your expected turnover. We can guide you through the process.

Can you help with setting up a business bank account?

We can discuss your banking requirements and available options. Each bank or payment provider makes its own decision and may request identity, residency and business information. Opening an account is not guaranteed.
